Submitting a quote request through this site begins a sales conversation. It does not create a contract for goods or services. Final pricing, lead times, materials and quantities are confirmed in a written quote that you countersign before any production begins.

Intellectual property

The Ecko Products Group name, logo, and brand assets are property of Ecko Products Group. Photography, copy and design on this site are likewise protected. Customer artwork submitted through this site remains your property and is used only to fulfill your project.

Limitation of liability

We're not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this site or from any communication between you and Ecko before a signed agreement is in place.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the appropriate courts of San Bernardino County, California.
