Our commitment

Ecko Products Group is committed to making our website usable and accessible for as wide an audience as possible, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.

What we've done

• Semantic HTML structure with one <h1> per page and a logical heading hierarchy.
• Keyboard-accessible navigation, form controls and interactive elements.
• Color contrast targets of 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text.
• Descriptive alt text on every meaningful image.
• A "skip to main content" link at the top of every page.
• Form fields with clearly visible labels and per-field error messages.

Known limitations

We test against axe DevTools and Lighthouse on each major release. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, we want to know about it — see "Report an issue" below.

If something on this site is blocking you, please email customerservice@eckopg.com with the URL, your assistive technology / browser, and a brief description of the problem. We respond within five business days and prioritize accessibility regressions in the next sprint.
